Teriaki Sauce |
Teriaki Sauce (adapted from a Teriaki Chicken Wings recipe from Living Without)
3 Tbs. GF soy sauce or pineapple juice
2 Tbs. dry sherry
2 Tbs. Honey
1 Tbs. GF Ketchup
1 Tbs. extra virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
scant 1/4 tsp dried ginger powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 Tbs. Tapioca starch
combine all ingredients and either put in the microwave on high for about 2 minutes or heat in a sauce pan until thickened. Store in an airtight bottle in the fridge for whatever you would like to use it for.
