Nicholas' hearing test was yesterday. He can't hear anything clearly below 30 decimals. They said he could repeat all of the words they wanted him to but it had to be presented at 55 decimals. I don't really know what that told them as no one talks that loud.
They have no idea why he is having the loss as his ears appear to be functioning properly. The recomendation is for him to have a CT scan and something else to look for a viral infection. Then a retest in a month.
Marcie were did you find a connection between hearing loss and yeast? I can't find anything. The only articles/site I can find discuss allegies & hearing loss are about fluid build up and he doesn't have any.

I got so tired of hubby having ear infection after ear infection and going from drug to drug. I started googling and when i came across yeast it was like a duh momnet, I had a serious talk with him, I think this is your issue, and you know what I'm done, I'm done, tired of seeing you in pain, taking time off work and going from doctor to doctor. You can do a yeast dump and do gluten free (I throw that one in there, he knows nothing) OR I'm done, I'm not driving you do another doctor, I'm not dialing the phone well you are dying in pain. I'm not filling another drug for you to take.
He went through one without me and then he was ready. I'll go gluten free, he was gluten free at the house, but not outside the house. A round of GSE and he did Iodine (and the supplements) and I think I got some apple cider vineager down him? Tell ya through, he has never had another ear infection, it's been about two years? Since then he realizes I know what I'm talking about, so he asks about this or that, but it takes him awhile to come around. He finally went dairy and soy free. He was eating corn and would fall asleep, he connected corn with being really tired. He cracks me up.
Doing the yeast dump also cleared up his foot issues. Go figure.
