answer , I can not believe Update & how I made my doctor cry

I've been on Dapsone before and I do know the side effects with it. Personally I would rather take the Cat's Claw it works just as well without the side effects. I'll be talking with my dermatologist next week. I was supposed to be trying the Dapsone gel topically but my insurance hasn't oked the preapproval yet so I'm taking the Cat's Claw instead. We'll see what the dermatologist says.
Iodine just makes my DH worse so I won't take more than what I am in my sea salt; the break out is bad enough with just that and with still detoxing from the challenge, my diabetes, and now a respiratory infection I'm too worn out to deal with more blisters, massive itching, and burning open sores.
Don't know why this worked but one time, over a decade ago, I took too much Niacin that resulted in a flush and that cleared up the open, active blisters and sores in 3 days. Won't do that again though it's hard on the liver.
Ema

I have DH too Ema and I did some research on DH. I refuse to be on that med or  any other medicine. Dapsone may help you some but you will always have DH for  the rest of your life and will have to be on Dapsone long term. The side effects  on this drug just aren't worth it for me. Please read up on Dapsone.

I don't mean to scare you or anything like that but  please read up on this drug and just not reading at one web site read several of  them to make an informed decision for yourself. I got myself a bottle of Lugol's iodine and my DH has been clearing up some.

Slowly but surely. Lugol's also has helped people with diabetes on Dr.  Stephanie's N.D. thyroid group. It also helped many with a wide variety of  thyroid diseases. Iodine is a supplement, not a drug and every organ of our body needs adequate  iodine, our skin being the largest organ of them all.  Natalie
