Freezing Single Serving Enchiladas

 

I have never made chicken enchiladas so I might 
be completely wrong about this. Could you 
prepare the enchiladas without the sauce. Flash 
freeze individually and bag as you would 
like. Then just add sauce at serving? That is 
how I prepare and freeze stuffed shells and that works very well.
